Serving West Brow and Lookout Mountain since 1955.The West Brow Community Center is the heart of our community. Rent the Community Center

The Community Center is available for rental. The rental fee for members is $75.00 per day, plus a refundable $75.00 cleaning deposit. Non-members are welcome to contact us for rates and availability.To inquire or reserve, contact Kyra Brower at (423) 903-3539.

Community Meetings

Community meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern, and are attended by the elected board members and the appointed officers. Members of the community and surrounding areas are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Kyra: Yard sale spaces, rentals, and donations brought in $1,130.00.

Jennifer: Thanks to everyone who helped with the yard sale.2. West Brow Fall Event
The event is October 24, 2026, from 3 to 7 PM. Activities discussed include trick or treating, a raffle, concessions, table decorations, and WBFR joining. A small planning committee will be formed to help prepare.3. SPLOST, FLOST, and TSPLOST
Don Townsend will be at a meeting to discuss SPLOST, FLOST, and TSPLOST.SPLOST was voted in this spring and passed for 6 years. It is a 1% sales tax on every $1.00 that goes to the county to help with repairs, building, and keeping property tax down.Funds can be used for playground equipment, a picnic shelter, a pickleball court, or multipurpose courts with the agreement of leasing opportunities. The maximum lease is 50 years. No subleasing is available, and the county cannot place anything on the property without consent.Grants are available if we want to seek information, and SPLOST would help as an additional amount.The county will hold liability insurance if we agree to lease on all the items that are leased to the county.TSPLOST and FLOST are new proposals for the county that we are able to vote on at the next county election.4.
